For courage to choose integrity over applause.

Guard our hearts from bitterness' corrosion.
When toxic words poison the air we breathe,
Remind us: "Whatever you do, work heartily as for the Lord,"
And let our labor become worship unseen.
Grant wisdom for ethical crossroads.
Where profit wars with principle,
Where silence colludes with compromise,
Light our path with: "What does the Lord require of you?"
Make us ambassadors of holy justice.
Break chains of unsustainable striving.
When burnout's shadow lengthens,
Whisper: "My yoke is easy, My burden light,"
And teach us rhythms of sacred rest.
Reignite our eternal perspective.
When office politics shrink our vision,
Lift our eyes to: "Seek first the kingdom,"

Lord Jesus, Carpenter-King who transformed labor into love,
Make our workdays crucibles for Christlike character.
