Encouraging thankfulness for small victories and trust in divine timing
Gracious God, Maker of Heaven and Earth,
In the midst of this pain, we choose to lift our eyes to You—
not because the burden is light, but because Your love is sure.
We thank You for Your nearness.
When the night feels endless, Your Word reminds us:
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted".
For Your whispers of comfort in our despair, we praise You.
We thank You for unexpected grace.
For the hands that serve without asking,
For the courage that rises from ashes,
For the fragile hope that dawns like morning light.
"In all things, give thanks".
Anchor our souls in eternal hope.
When doubt shouts louder than faith,
Remind us that "our present sufferings are not worth comparing
to the glory that will be revealed".
Transform these tears into seeds of compassion.
Turn our wounds into worship.
Let every scar sing of Your faithfulness,
Every loss deepen our longing for Home,
And every trial refine us to reflect Your Son.
Lord Jesus, You who bore the cross for joy set before You,
Teach us to walk this path with gratitude and fierce hope.
May we say with Paul: "We have this treasure in jars of clay".
In Your redeeming name, we pray. Amen.
